Ministry, Work For Love, Arista 1982

Hard to believe that Ministry started out sounding this way. “Work For Love” is an 80s synth pop gem that holds up better than a lot of the band’s later material. Recently included on Metro Area’s Fabric mix (highly recommended), this song has not left my brain for days-you’ve been warned.

Today’s select comes straight out of GC’s hometown o’ San Francisco. Romeo Void are best known for thier 80s classics, “Never Say Never” & “A Girl In Trouble” (Is A Temporary Thing).
